POSITION: HR COORDINATOR
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Employee Benefits and Employee Relations
Talent Acquisition
Payroll Management
Knowledge and expertise of HR planning, management, and development, as well as extensive knowledge of HR practices, principles, methods, and laws.
Employee engagement and well being
Performance management
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Qatar.
Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
Experience in HR software and tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be locally available in Qatar and can join immediately.
